A Bit About Us...

We are The Saguaro Sisters! We are down to earth and what you see is what you get. What do we mean by that? When you work with us we handle your entire transaction ourselves. We are professional, knowledgable, and bring Tucson’s unique culture into everything we do. We like to have fun and bring our clients into the unique synergy that only sisters share! As sisters, we have the kind of lifelong trust in, and communication with one another you will not find in other teams. As agents that allows us to provide our clients with seamless service. We work with our clients as people, not transactions and are personally invested in our clients whether they are buying starter homes or luxury properties in the Foothills. Serving clients is more than closing a sale, it’s building a long-lasting relationship that meets the clients needs and overall goals. Above all else, we ethically advocate for our clients and educate them to make the best decisions for themselves possible. We are grateful and excited that you reached out to us! Let us show you how we can help!

A little bit about each of us individually…

Sara is an experienced agent that knows what to look for in order to keep a transaction running smoothly. Strengths her clients appreciate include quality communication, attention to detail, keen negotiating skills, and problem solving under pressure in order to ensure a successful transaction. Her professional experiences as a violinmaker and pharmacy technician instructor/manager give her a solid foundation in these important qualities as a real estate professional. A Tucson native, who lived in Seattle, Chicago, and Atlanta, Sara felt the call of the desert and returned permanently in 2008. She loves to share with her clients the charms and wonders of Southern Arizona’s landscapes and culture that make Tucson a unique and special place to call home. In the early morning you will find Sara hiking Blackett’s Ridge, lifting weights, or training for an ultra-run. For relaxation, she enjoys wine tasting, listening to classical music, and camping with her boyfriend Brian and their dog, Cooper.

Marcia is a former geologist and middle school science teacher and brings a unique set of skills to her real estate services. She knows how to educate people through new processes, and help navigate challenging situations. She is meticulous with details, while maintaining an eye on the big picture. Marcia recognizes that building a relationship of trust is important and strives to make her clients feel the same way as her former students—always supported throughout the real estate process. After living in Seattle, Albuquerque, Spain, and Virginia Beach, Marcia made her way back home to Tucson on 2017 and has never looked back. Dorothy was right…there really is no place like home! When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her Spanish cats, DIYing, hiking, collecting rocks and fossils in her Jeep, cheering on the Washington Huskies, practicing dip-pen calligraphy, and enjoying brunch with family and friends. She’s happy to talk about real estate, rocks, volcanoes, dinosaurs, and earthquakes anytime!
